Credit Card Charges :
A transaction charge of 4% will be charged extra over and above the proforma invoice value when paid in INR and a transaction charge of 5% will be leveid on payments made in USD or through American express card.
100% replacement against manufacturing defects FOB New Delhi Basis subject to intimation within 30 days of Invoice date.
Certificate of conformity will be provided.
Refund and cancellation policy:
All the items will be supplied only after receipt of confirm purchase order through email, Fax or Courier which will clearly define all the terms and condition for sale of our products. In case we are unable to complete the order due to any unforeseen reason we will return the amount received from the customer. Noble Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable/ held responsible for any loss or damage due to usability to complete/ execute the order.
Brand Names used throughout our web site are owned by individual manufacturers and most of the names are either trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.
The material will be shipped as per terms and condition decided during submitting quotation, getting orders and sending proforma invoice. We use International Couriers like UPS, TNT, DHL, FedEx and Freight Forwarders Schenkers India Pvt. Ltd., Geodis Overseas Ltd. and for supply within India we use First Flight Courier, The Professional Courier, Pafex Courier.
Placing an Order:
At Noble Aerospace Pvt. Ltd
., we want to make ordering fast, easy and accurate as per customer application and requirement. To do so, we request our online customers to put an email enquiry to us on our email address email@example.com with details on the Description, Part no. and Quantity. Our customers can also send us Fax on Fax No. +91 11 41617271.
After receipt of customer’s enquiry we will submit our quotation with all terms and condition. If the prices and other terms and condition are acceptable with the customer they will release a purchase order through email or fax. After receipt of Formal Order we will submit our proforma invoice with the customer. Customer has to fill Proforma invoice no. and amount on our web site and has to pay online through whatever mode they have opted in purchase order.
All orders shipped within Delhi will attract a VAT Tax of 4% and for rest of India CST of 4% will be charged without any concessional form. For Rest of the world no tax is charged.
We ship to all the places internationally after receipt of payment through any mode.
Our Return Policy:
If the material/ Part is not as per your ordered specification we are ready to replace the same immediately subject to availability of the same at our stores subject to intimation within 30 days of the Invoice Date.
Noble Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. provide warranty of full replacement against any type of manufacturing defects for all the supplied products subject to intimation within 30 days of Invoice date. The defected material will be replaced immediately on FOB terms subject to stock availability. Our warranty does not cover any product or part, which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident.
